In order to fix this issue, I suggest you download and install the latest version of the browser. Alternatively, clear all your browser cache, cookies and temporarily files and go to Start and type Troubleshooting. Open the application, click View All, select Internet Explorer Performance and follow the instructions. For further solutions, check the Microsoft Support page.
Easy-PhotoPrint EX says compatible printer is not installed - I have Canon MP530 - which is compatible. It can print the help file but refuses to print photos. Do I need something else, such as another driver?

Please use MP Navigator by downloading the latest version from the developer's page. During the installation you will be prompted to accept driver installation. Please accept everything that the setup package offers for a successful installation then connect the printer and it will work. MP Navigator is exclusively designed for photos.
Easy-PhotoPrint EX is an application developed by Canon that allows you to create and print your own albums, calendars, labels or stickers. The CD/DVD menu is called Disc Label/Case Cover and it is placed after Photo Print and Album buttons. If you can't access it, I suggest you to uninstall the application using Add or Remove Programs feature (Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program). After that, go to official web page and download and install the latest version of the program.
